Applications to the Post-Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management are accepted for the January 2026 intake. Applicants are encouraged to apply early.
Applicants must possess a post-secondary certificate or diploma in any healthcare discipline. A university degree is not required.
A candidate who does not fulfill the minimum admission requirements but is 18 years of age or older as of the first official day of classes may apply as a mature student. A copy of proof of age must be submitted with the application. Candidates who apply as mature students may be required to pass an approved qualifying test.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
Applicants must submit a completed application form directly to the college. They must also provide:
- One official copy of any post-secondary transcripts (diploma, certificate, or degree) forwarded directly from the institution(s) attended.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Instruction at ICT Schools is in English. Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and oral comprehension of English is required.
SPECIAL NEEDS
ICT Schools encourage applicants with special needs to consider a career in healthcare management. We examine each situation on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, the applicant must submit a request in writing with accompanying supporting documentation to the Registrar prior to the start of the new school year.
ADVANCED STANDING (TRANSFER CREDIT)
Applicants may request a transfer of educational credit from other institutions. Requests must be submitted with the application and include an official transcript and a course syllabus. If accepted, the applicant may be required to pass a challenge examination. A maximum of 50% of the program may consist of transfer credits.

These bursaries provide financial assistance to deserving full-time students based on a demonstration of financial need and a strong commitment to the program. Interested candidates must complete an application form, available through the Registrar’s Office. Bursaries are non-repayable and are considered taxable income if over $500.
ICT SCHOOLS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
ICT scholarships honor students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and community service. Entrance scholarships are available to qualified students. Additional scholarships are awarded to full-time students at the beginning of the second academic year based on outstanding achievement in the first year. Application is not required. All scholarships are issued once tuition has been paid in full and are considered taxable income if over $500.
