Sports Massage Training Program

Participants will learn how to work with athletes to enhance performance, reduce the risk of injury, and speed up recovery time. The program is suitable for massage therapists who want to specialize in sports massage or for individuals who want to start a career in this field.

These sports-specific treatments can be employed on-site during events like marathons, cycling tours, and triathlons, or in a private office for routine maintenance and prevention.

In Sports Massage Therapy School, you’ll learn about the following topics:

  1. Hands-on practice
  2. Anatomy and physiology
  3. Injuries and injury prevention
  4. Kinesiology
  5. Trigger point treatments
  6. Deep-tissue massage
  7. Foot reflexology
