Neuro Clinic

• The starting date is Monday, November 3rd, 2025.
• The clinic will be held only on Mondays, except on holidays.
• There are three sessions each Monday:
  • 1st at 1:30 PM
  • 2nd at 2:45 PM
  • 3rd at 4:00 PM
• An application must be submitted to the clinic manager at least 2 business days in advance.
• Only three treatments are allowed with the same Student Therapist.
• Online scheduling is available only for approved patients.
• 10 Min assessment must be done each treatment.
• The stolen/lost clinic Cards are not refundable or exchangeable 
• Payment by card only 
• Regular fee will be applied for a forgetting clinic card.
• Last Minute Cancelation will incur a $20.00 fee 

The session cost is $20.00 per hour, and a card of six treatments is $100, including taxes.
