Monica has been involved in adult education since 1986, teaching at ICT Northumberland College since 1998. 

She completed her massage therapy program in Ontario in 1993 and holds a Masters in Divinity with Honors earned in 1991, complementing her background in pastoral counseling and ministry. 

As a healer, educator, and spiritual counselor, Monica advocates for a balanced holistic approach, continuously exploring spirituality and its connections to physical and mental/emotional aspects of human existence. 

She has undertaken extensive courses in various healing and well-being approaches, recognizing massage therapy as an excellent starting point for exploring health and wellness in both individuals and groups.
