How to Apply
Applications to the Massage Therapy Diploma Program at ICT Schools are accepted year-round. Early application is encouraged for the program that suits you best: regular (82 weeks), fast-track (73 weeks), or part-time. Submit a completed application form directly to your chosen school.
Application Fees:
- ICT Kikkawa College: $84.75 (including sales tax)
- ICT Northumberland College: $86.25 (including sales tax)
Required Documents
Submit the following directly to the College:
- One official copy of your high school transcript (or equivalent) from the institution attended
- One official copy of any post-secondary transcripts from the institution(s) attended

Preadmission Course
Candidates required to take a Pre-admission Course must successfully complete ICT’s Pre-admission Course (or an equivalent course) before starting the massage therapy diploma program. For course availability, contact the Admissions Office.
English Language Proficiency
Instruction at ICT Schools is in English. Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and oral comprehension of English is required. Refer to the Student Catalogue for additional language proficiency requirements.
Special Needs
Applicants with special needs are encouraged to apply. ICT Schools evaluates each situation individually due to limited resources for students with physical, learning, and emotional disabilities. Submit a written request with supporting documentation to the Registrar before the start of the school year.
Advanced Standing (Transfer Credit)
Request transfer of educational credits from other institutions along with your application. Submit an official transcript and syllabus demonstrating course similarity to ICT Schools’ program. A challenge examination, costing $50.00, may be required. If passed, “TC” (Transfer of Credit) will be noted on your transcript. Up to 50% of the program may consist of transfer credits.
Special Student Status
Students repeating courses must apply as Special Students, subject to approval by the Evaluation and Promotion Committee. The committee’s decision is final.
ICT Kikkawa College
Eligible students may qualify for financial assistance:

ICT Schools Payment Plan
Interest-free tuition payment plans are available for those who qualify. Contact the Registrar’s Office for details.
ICT Schools Bursary Program
Bursaries provide financial assistance based on financial need and commitment to the program. Applications are available from the Registrar’s Office. Bursaries over $500 are taxable and reported on a T4A form.
ICT Schools Scholarship Program
Scholarships are awarded for academic excellence, leadership, and community service. Entrance scholarships are available, and additional scholarships are awarded at the start of the second academic year. No application is required. Scholarships over $500 are taxable and reported on a T4A form.
International students with a high school diploma or equivalent are welcome. Tuition rates are the same as for Canadian students. Obtain valid Student Authorization from Immigration Canada for the study period. Information is available from Canadian Embassies, Consulates, High Commissions, or Immigration Canada’s website.
